CUSTOMS CHARGES:

Please be aware that your country may charge additional fees for the collection of taxes and customs. MS Creations is not responsible for these charges as they are determined by the customs agency of the country of purchase. 

 

All orders require 1-5 business days processing time.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post mail service and they determine the shipping time. Once a product leaves our store- we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Standard shipping in Canada: 5-10 business days (estimated) no tracking available.
Expedited shipping in Canada: 2-5 business days, tracked package (estimated)

Standard shipping to United States: 10-15 business days (estimated) no tracking available
Expedited shipping to United States: 2-6 business days, tracked package (estimated)
